Circling back to kindly ask again. The tech here has been scratching their head to help me further w/o some kind of theatre documentation. Our issue is a significant discrepancy between the aux out busses, ...and the main out busses. So something is dodgy in routing somehow / somewhere. Channels are all fine.

Much appreciate and insights, documentation or thoughts.

What does "significant" equate to in dB? If the Auxes happen to all be -6dB lower than the mix out busses, it may be that they are unbalanced and perhaps not terminated as such in your patching.
This is a wild-assed guess as I have never encountered one of these desks or documentation for them. That said, The only balanced outputs that I have seen in most Neotek desks are the 2-Mix outputs.

Thanks for that, Ike. It sounded (to me) like a plausible issue but unfortunately in this case, the tech said that's not the problem.
Still hoping for any theatre type documentation.
