I have a PS3 that was recently "serviced" while I was out of town. They replaced the board with a new one from Mike. The tech hadn't soldered in the positive rail and also had not isolated the TIP36 from the heatsink. After fixing I can't get the positive rail below 22V. Prior to fixing those issues it was reading 60V all over the place so now I'll need to track down what parts are toast. Are there any tips and tricks with the PS3 anyone could share ? Thanks in advance!
