If the panel is shorter than your existing ones, I have dealt with this in the past by having a machine shop make a custom extension piece. Of course, I don’t have a picture, or a drawing, but we’re looking at a flattened out “Z” bracket. Left side goes under the patch bay, where it would normally sit on the rack rail, right side sits on the rack rail, both have the corresponding mounting holes, left side tapped for the PB screws, right side with clearance holes to for the mating rack screws.
