elan logic/fader help again

hello all,

I am having issues with my logic again.

channel 1-20 work perfectly with the mute groups,

channel 21 to 28 the fader only works when the strip is set to rev.

I have used good channels and faders and the issue is consistent.

on channel 20 a new tl072 in u12 fixed the fader.

anyone might know what is up?

 

all of my faders were modified to be used with a midi mute system. I do not want it, every fader has had w101 and w102 removed. Can i re-add these and have my cabling redone to restore my console to stock? I would like my on off switch to be a normal mute, if i can keep my mute groups working that would be great, but not needed.
