Neotek Elan bad group output and Dead auxes

Hey,

after my tech left my neotek elan is mostly doing better.

Has the following issues

MASTER Right channel has low level electrical noise, measures 72 db of SNR, Left channel is dead quiet.

Phantom Not working

Aux 1 and 2 are dead, have replaced the op amps

Stereo Direct 1 No left channel Have replaced the op amp.

Channel 14, No bus output.

Channels 19 to 28 Are more spotty, Some one work in rev mode and not the Fader. Any advice for refreshing the channels? why do they cut in and out?
