I've ordered one, because I have IN-14s sitting around. Includes a laser cut wood case and an Arduino nano. The seller sent me the source code as well.

Super deal and you get to solder and put it together!

My kit arrived a week ago. I put it together yesterday. Took the better part of the day as I was on my feet on concrete the whole time. My new shop isn't up to snuff yet. But even though I'm out of (soldering) practice now, I managed and it went together just fine.

The laser-cut wood case goes together like a 3D jigsaw puzzle. Pretty creative design. Only problem I ran into was the holes for the switches were slightly oversized and I had to shim with tape.

Instructions are a bit vague. Couple You-tube videos to watch. A guy really should 3D print a holder for the tubes to align them when soldering.

Anyway it all works, has a battery backed RTC, and it looks good. Seller supplies Arduino source code if asked.20250127_215652.jpg

Nice.    But I just cannot understand why those guys over there in Russia and places around that area ever decided to cheap out on the digit "5" like that!
What a shame that they did that!    An upside down "2".

Common on many soviet nixie tubes.

...but for some reason, they made the IN-18 with unique numerals and they look great.

Maybe Duda Sa will make a special IN-18 variant with an upside-down 2 ????
