I recently bought a Mullard DP7/5 CRT and it came with this
strange display graticule

It is a nice snug fit on the CRT so they look like they belong together. Anyone know what it was for or can offer guesses?

Hi Martin
Spot on, that is clearly the right machine when you zoom in on
the front panel. Oh well, mystery solved. Now I have to decide how
to use it in the base 60 world of time.

It comes from a TDMS, Telegraph Distortion Measuring Set : http://www.albinarrate.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&catid=22:vintage&id=35:tdms There were different models all having the same graticule but somewhat differemt designs and used a few types of CRTs.
