Anyone have, or is willing to generate, Gerbers I could utilize for Nick de Smith's cool high voltage Nixie supply? The Eagle files are online, but I'm not familiar with Eagle and don't have much time right now to learn another CAD program...

There are a number of board houses that will accept Eagle files.

If you do need gerbers, send me the Eagle files (.sch and .brd) and I can generate gerbers for you.

I don’t have Eagle PCB but I do have Allegro which has a Eagle import/translate.

I need the .brd/.lbr files.

KiCad can import eagle files and then generate gerbers. It's a free/open source PCB design suite based on FreeCad.

EasyEda certainly can..... EasyEda is free, easy (as the name suggests) and, being web based, you don't have to install anything!
