Circuit mod help...

Would like to get this circuit to run at a lower voltage...closer to 70vdc.  Currently runs around 120-200 vdc. Suggestions appreciated..

Reduce the value of R17 proportionally to the amount you want to reduce the output voltage. It's in the feedback circuit.
