Not sure if someone got it?  I didn't bid enough apparently.  Looks really neat.  I too have some of these panels and some spare tubes.  I bought some crazy power supplies for them.  It's neat to see the real application.  Since it says the clock isn't part of them I assume they must have been in place like train station where the clocks were all sync'd.  Perhaps a school.
