Hi,

Just spotted this:


I checked a few other places and only 10 of those kits have been made and they are given away in contests that you can enter if you bought the pre-order of the game.

Now, does anyone know who made the Nixie clock?

The guts are pretty popular for this watch. Several nixie watches use this same circuitry with z5900m tubes (the same pictured in this watch). I own one of these types of watches and have some pictures of the inside. No name or markings on the pcb, but I suspect they originate from eastern Europe (likely russia). Several nixie watches on ebay contain these very guts:

Thanks for sharing photos of the insides!

Looks like it could be the original design plus some extra components fitted for "looks" in the Artyom-watch.

You can buy the guts and make a case here is the eBay link. I actually just bought one, and was very pleased with it, because the seller was able to put the date and temperature in the right format. MM/DD/YYYY, and *F.

How long does the battery last on 1 charge ?


My bench-test nixie watch has been running for 4 years now on it's original battery charge, and the battery came from my cellphone after several years of usage.
Not a typo, I literally have not added any charge to that battery for 4 years now.....

The second unit that I actually built into a watch died a few years ago during endurance testing, and I have not had a chance to fix it yet. Maybe someday....

I’m not for sure, I just got it a few days ago, and am still trying to get a case made for it. I changed it last night, and throughout today it has just said 99%, I’d imagine a month or two.
