Putting IN9's in parallel with supply

Hey Group,

Re: IN9 bar graph tubes and powering up thereof.

I have gone down the minimalist route and got a full wave bridge rectifier with 200vac coming out and a current/voltage limiting resistor and a tube.

Works ok.

These tubes don't seem to fussy and don't seem to mind a nice bit of RMS out of the rectifier.

One tube... works amazingly enough.

Two in parralel ... err .. don't.

I am thinking that one is striking and lowering the voltage so the other does not strike.

Ordering a scope from ebay for this stuff now .. it's getting a bit hard with my lill ol fluke multi meter.

Has anyone got a suggestion on how I can parallel these things ?

Did you put a resistor in front of each tube?
What value of resistor do you use?
