bottom NE-2s in IN-18 Blue Dream

It seems maybe I experienced the same problem as Greg: When displaying
time the bottom NE-2 in colon separator were mostly not working. As far
as I recall it they were OK after the slot-machine effect routine, but
blank after change from date display to time. Till next slot-machine.
As it started happening right after I changed the digit cross fade time
to the max (submenu 6) I assumed that there is some soft glitch and
didn't give it much attention. Changing the cross fade time to level 3
fixed that issue. Maybe this would work for Greg too?
