You've heard this one before..

While cleaning the garage, I found this. Probably built in the very late 70s.

Uses three 74154 decoders as counters for a near-simulation of a classic roulette game.

The design was to let a large cap discharge to "see" the ball slow down.

Enjoy the 70s madness!
