Flip Dot panels for sale

I have some extra flip dot panels up for grabs left from a project, so if anyone's interested, hit me up. The project in question is this (includes video of the display):

They are flip-dot-led panels so they can be used at night as well and they can be daisy chained. 90eur/panel, can send within EU only.

I read the rules carefully, hope there's no issue with this :D

No issues at all... flip dots are cool! I didn't realize you could get LED illuminated versions. Really nice project by the looks of it!

These particular ones? Not a chance. But there must've been some flip dots used in public transport in the US, probably still are. So your best bet is to check out scrap yards and such.

I was more curious about flip-dot panels WITH the LEDs.  I don't see that at the kickstarter.   I have a flip-dot clock now.

Those are industrial displays made for public transport by czech company BUSE. They can be found all round central Europe. Alfazeta makes new flip dots (non-led) but those are very pricey.

For whatever reason, some of my replies don't seem to register or maybe I'm doing something wrong.

This display is made by czech company BUSE. These are used panels from public transport and were mainly used in Czech Republic and neighbouring countries. There's plenty companies who used to make similar flip dots like Hanover. Alfazeta makes new flip dots but they are pricey.
