Russian text?

Is there a native Russian speaker in the house who could take a look at a very short handwritten piece of text and tell me what it says?

I'm getting quite practiced at using OCR to work up translations of printed articles, but this handwriting is a *whole* different game... Now, I can't be too critical here - my own handwriting is appalling, and it's a pretty frequent occurrence that I find myself having to use the context / content in order to figure out what I meant by a particular squiggle. This writer is clearer than me (!), but since I don't recognise all the casual handwritten variants of the Cyrillic letters and I don't know the content, it's proving a bit tricky to figure it out...

Thanks,

Jon.

Jon-

If noone on list can help, I can probably have someone at work translate.  Let me know.

Hi Jon,

I can  help you with Russian handwriting, hopefully it's not big, as "War and Peace" by Tolstoy  ;-)

Best regards, Konstantin

Thanks both.

Konstantin - you have private mail. It's not War and Peace, unless there was a 10 word version of it ! :)

Cheers,

Jon.

Hi Jon,

My wife is not a native speaker, but she did learn from an early age so she may be able to help.

Thanks Joe. Konstantin has kindly given me the reading already, so all is well.

Jon.
