Re-plating tube socket pins, anyone have some experience?

I'd like to clean some tube socket pins in an ultrasonic bath to get rid of the green corrosion but I don't know how to re-plate them afterwards so they look like new and can be re-used.

I am mainly looking to do this with some rare B27A sockets and other rare sockets for dekatrons, trochotrons and compactrons.

Does anyone here have any experience in the re-plating process - I'd like to do it at home if possible but help with finding companies that do small scale re-plating is also welcome.

only outfit I have seen advertising small plating outits is Eastwood,
who mostly serves the Antique car market.

I used to have a product made for gold flashing silver flatware  - spoons forks, bowls etc. You just poured it into the spoon or cup etc. and in a few minutes it had a thin gold plating. You then poured off the solution and could save it for later re-use.  I don't remember the brand name.  Not sure if  a high end kitchen type store still sells this.  Also in the years when Radio-Electronics and Popular Electronics was published there was always a small ad. for a company selling chemicals for tin plating of edge connectors etc which was to give low resistance connections - no batteries required.  Check some old issues if you can find it.

I have used Caswell Plating Products.  They have pretty much all the chemicals you need to plate from zinc to gold.  I am currently using some of their stuff to nickel plate a Colt 1911 that was horribly abused before I got hold of it.  Plating is a bit of alchemy with magic mixed in.  I have had great success so far plating small parts, now I need to plate the slide and frame in a larger tank.  Should be interesting.
