what if you made an infinity mirror with in-12 tubes or some nixie tube and you had them arround the perimeter of the mirror and had some programs and one would change the numbers slowly going arround in a circle like a snake sorta display?

Nice idea!

Some time ago I wanted to build a nixie clock with infinity effect, but my enthusiasm was gone after I saw that someone had already done it. But I didn't discard the project completely because the effect is very nice...

By the way, if anyone travels to New Zealand, they should visit the Infinity Portal at Steampunk HQ in Oamaru, very impressive...
