
My guess would be NO because of the excessive height, compared to
the one on the left. All tubes I've ever seen or worked with have
a set of physical specifications, with tolerances, as well as
electrical.

Could be a prototype. I have 2 tubes presented by different sellers as IN-12 prototypes and they also have a fine grid and are larger. I believe someone on this group has one of these IN-18.
