maker of NEO5000 and NEO8000 plasma displays

Hello gents ,

Does any one knows who is the maker of these displays ? I am triying to build up some sort of data base that contains all types of displays that have been created , with main focus on nixies, panaplex etc ..

There are any other models from these series?

Finding information on these particular displays seems to be about as difficult as finding the displays themselves, lol. I believe they were manufactured in Japan, but beyond that I have no clue. Inspecting examples of the displays for any markings or logos might be the only way to get more information.

I had a few of these 5000 and 8000s ~10 years ago. I took some photos but but they don't have any clear manufacturer information on them.

IIRC, I found they by searching for things like "7 segment display" instead of things like "Neo5000"

I found this datasheet on Tube-Tester.com : https://www.tube-tester.com/sites/nixie/dat_arch/Matsushita_catalog.pdf where it looks like the S6135 and S6136 match closely to the 5000 and 8000.
