Ralph Mirebs - Abandoned Things

Evening All,

An interesting website (well, livejournal) for those unfamiliar with it already is that of Ralph Mirebs. I usually check it out every few months for any new juicy pictures of abandoned communist era structures in the eastern block, and noticed a new post with some pictures that I am sure some people on here would enjoy staring at for a while. 

Google translate fails fairly epically on this one I am afraid, I would be interested if anyone on here can shed more of a light on what the facility pictured is / was?

If you click the "Notes pitstseezhki" link in the top right you get to the root of the journal and can see some other sites, the one at the bottom of the spacecraft facility is defiantly worth a look, though I think it was posted on here a while ago already?
