I built this Nixie clock kit a few years back which I obtained from
http://www.nixieclocks.de/english/
it consists of universal clock kit with a 1.08a tube board, see
http://www.nixieclocks.de/english/nixieclockkit/pcbversion108/index.php
for more info. It's a nice simple kit and keeps good time.
It uses a simple 555 circuit to generate the +180V DC for the Nixie's, a PIC 16F876A and two
K155ID1 (74141 equivalents).
I have used IN-14 tubes which I obtained fairly cheaply from eBay sometime ago.
