I was introduced to Nixie Tubes 3 months ago when a friend posted a pic of his Nixie Clock project on facebook.  As soon as I saw it I knew I had to make one.  After 3 months of research, design, waiting for parts, building, troubleshooting, waiting for parts and final assembly...here it is.  It uses a PV FunKlock bottom board and a Scosche car USB charger to allow iPad and iPhone charging.  The build process was a labor of love, I hope you like it.

Wow, I have to say that is an awesome looking clock.  You should be proud of that one.  Thanks for posting it.

Really nice! Bet you had fun threading wires through those tubes and
getting the order of assembly right :)

Cheers,
Robin.

That's a very compact design. Any pics showing where the PCB(s) are located ?

This design is really neat. Do you have orange backlighting on the tubes?  Are they IN-1's?

I made a build log over at tubeclockdb if you are interested in the build details. http://www.tubeclockdb.com/forum/Builders-Forum/6574-FunKy-Kopper-Klock-Project-Log.html. All the pics should link to my Photobucket account.

All your q's should be answered there. But if you don't follow the link, the electronics are the back board of the PV FunKlock(all components mounted on front and connections to remote bulbs on back) mounted in the belly of the copper T with a scosche USB daughter board mounted on the front side of the board with hot melt and the tubes are Z5600M's that I got from PV.
