I'm in the process of building a similar vfd clock now but always wanted a Deiter one. Also the Heathkit panaplex are neat and this one has new panaplex replaced in it.

Decent prices I really think too!

I think the Deiter clock was a steal because the new one I'm building from limited kit was a LOT more than I paid for this one and the nocrotec ones are just classic neat clocks.

The "Thomas" is bad @SS definitely quality materials and build. The base is of mod-six kinda quality.
