Cimron Nixie stepper voltmeter

I stopped by the local surplus store today, and found this gem. It started working after I played with the sensitivity knob a bit. It reads .02V high (average) on the 100V scale. 
Does anyone have any manuals for these? It's a Cimron 6200A.

Looks very similar to surplus DMMs we scrapped for parts when I was in high school (1978).

I didn't have any schematics, and after testing several of them we found that the readings were very jumpy due to the intermittent contacts on the stepper switches. Even after using several spray cans of TV Tuner cleaner (remember that stuff ?) they didn't stabilize.

4 digits......would make a nice clock for the bookshelf.
