Cherry Display W424-105B - Seeking Documnetation

I have a Cherry display unit which features a 24 character panaplex display with all required power supply and driving electronics.

I have converted the unit to run on UK Mains (internally configurable) and am now attempting to drive the thing. I have documentation for similar (but different) Cherry displays so am wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of the correct document.

I note that there is an identical unit listed on the bay and it shows the manual though the seller has yet to respond to my cry for help!

The document I do have is for W4XX-1050, 1051 and 1052 series - mine is a 105B model and is different internally.

I include some photos of what I have. 

From the documentation for the other displays I understand that the default config is for a parallel interface though some of them have options for serial operation. I would like to find out if my unit supports serial before I venture too far.

Hats off to the vendor who has listed an identical unit on ebay right now - he just sent me pictures of all the pages of the manual, what a gentleman!

I have a W424-4040, but unfortunately, the more points that are lit up, the noisier it is.
It is around 400 Hz and I couldn't find what what the cause...
