New issue 224 by vladi...@sirma.bg: can't add BIBO as external ontology
http://code.google.com/p/neologism/issues/detail?id=224

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to /neologism/evoc/add
2. Try adding bibo: http://purl.org/ontology/bibo/
3. Import failed: XML error: "Not well-formed (invalid token)" at line 1
(parsing as UTF-8)

The above PURL resolves to http://bibliontology.com/bibo/bibo.php#, as you
can see with http://validator.linkeddata.org/vapour.

The w3c validator says it's valid:
http://www.w3.org/RDF/Validator/ARPServlet?URI=http://bibliontology.com/bibo/bibo.php#

Jena RIOT (Jena VERSION 2.6.4, ARQ VERSION 2.8.8) thinks it's invalid:
> riot --validate bibo.php
ERROR [line: 4, col: 2 ] Broken IRI (newline): !DOCTYPE rdf:RDF [

Maybe the problem is the wrong extension, or missing mime type?

Comment #1 on issue 224 by sebila...@googlemail.com: can't add BIBO as
external ontology
https://code.google.com/p/neologism/issues/detail?id=224

this is reproducible with curl or request, so it is an error with
bibliontology.com
