In particular, Protégé and TopBraid Composer?

It would be interesting to try this, and see how much of it shows up in the
ontology editor. Just so that we can claim compatibility with them.

The other direction -- does everything that you can enter in Protégé and
TBC show up in Neologism? -- is of course also interesting.

Well if you open your vocabulary using "Open OWL ontology from URI" in
Protégé you get all the vocabulary information : labels, comments, OWL
relations (Subclass, Disjoint...)
