New issue 225 by vladi...@sirma.bg: can't add XSD as external ontology
http://code.google.com/p/neologism/issues/detail?id=225

My ontology has a propery like this:
gvp:displayOrder a owl:DatatypeProperty;
rdfs:range xsd:positiveInteger.

Neologism insists that I add XSD as external ontology.
- There is no such at http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#
- xsd:positiveInteger is defined by various variants of xsd.ttl that can be
found on the net, but I can't feed it to Neologism

I think that:
1. /evoc/add should be more flexible and allow me to add it from a file
(like Import does)
2. When an external ontology is missing, it should give me a warning but
allow me to proceed
