Additional input formats would be helpful. Allow import of Turtle.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. http://vocab.deri.ie/neologism/import
2. Load vocabulary from file

Please provide any additional information below.
In the meantime, I suggest changing the header from "Load vocabulary from
RDF file" to "Load vocabulary from RDF/XML file". This info is there -- but
buried.
