One feature I need which is always absent in RDF vocabulary tools is the
ability to enter differents language-typed literals for Classes and
properties labels and comments.

For example I did this in french ("manually") for the core organization
vocabulary (see inside the RDF/XML ontology)

Neologism could be the first vocabulary management tool to allow true
international vocabulry publishing, and wider semweb adoption.

I don't know Drupal internals nor PHP so I don't know if this is really
complex to handle, but it would be a great "selling feature"

Just found in the Neologism article this mention about multilingual labels :

"Such additional annotations could be supported through plugins that are
installed by vocabulary maintainers."

Does that mean that:

a) Drupal is flexible enough so that these particular fields localization
could be handled using drupal plugins non-related to neologism ?

or that:

b) it's the kind of features that won't get in the core and should be
developed as plugins for neologism ?
