What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit a vocabulary
2. Look at the authors list

Two problems:

(1) It's hard to find authors: Authors are listed in the order in which
their username was added.

(2) Clicking a link (e.g. "add new class") does not save, or prompt the
user to save.
[That *does* save, for instance, in the abstract and license fields.]

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

For (1) I expect alphabetical order by first name, last name, username, ....

For (2) I expect to be prompted to save (or maybe for it to just save).
