I really tryed millions of dumps but after the 7th opponent the game
resets back to bios...

Does anyone knows how to fix this problem?

You can convert rom with -bios3 function but it just solve problem
partially, game will reset on Rock's 6th or 7th battle

Yup verified good dump played using unibios 1.0 set to us arcade
reboots on fight 7

I simply play in Survival Mode - you can go for unlimited rounds on
that ;-)
