What today is termed as "Music"?
The writer holds a Masters Degree in Music Composition, has been a
professional lounge pianist, has composed, taught and performed music
for 40 years and is an accomplished Arranger as well - the greatest
offense today is to American Art - for these ignorant jungle jerk-offs
are NO ARTISTS and, as "Musicians" -
THE ONLY THING THAT THESE IDIOTS CAN PLAY IS WITH THEMSELVES!
Any trained monkey can shake their bare booty around, and any
disgusting swine can play with their tiny phallus publicly - this takes
* NO TALENT -
* NO MUSICAL TRAINING and
* NO ARTISTIC KNOWLEDGE -
Any myopic MORON CAN PERFORM THESE BANAL FEATS.
Can these 'musicians' detail their extensive knowledge of the
compositional techniques of:
* Dufay?
* Palestrina?
* Monteverdi?
* J.S. Bach?
* Haydn?
* Liszt?
* Mozart
* Beethoven?
* Chopin?
* Wagner?
* Brahmms?
* Tschaivosky?
* Stravinsky?
* Prokovieff?
* Ravel?
* Gershwin?
* Ellington?
* North?
* Jones?
* Mancinni?
Have they any awareness of:
* Plain Song?
* Motet?
* Madrigal?
* Figured Bass?
* Two and Three Part Invention?
* Fugue?
* Cannon?
* Cantatta?
* Aria?
* Trio and Quartet?
* Symphony?
* Leitmotif?
* Opera?
* Serial Composition?
* Aelatoric techniques?
* Algorithmic Music?
Have they ever studied the instrumental transpositions and ranges of
the:
* Violin
* Viola
* Cello
* Double Bass
* Clarinet
* Flute
* Oboe
* Bassoon
* Trumpet
* Trombone
* Saxophones
* Tuba
* French Horn
* Harp
* Piano
* Clavichord
* Percussion Instruments
And do they have the slightest idea of how to combine these tone colors
to achieve a pleasing and harmonious effect? (Orchestration and
Arranging)
Hardly - they simply:
* buy an electric guitar,
* learn to strum three simple chords,
* begin to scream and mumble,
* scratch their balls and call it a song!
These IDIOTS are an AFFRONT to THE MUSIC OF ALL OF THE AGES!
And yet we CUT Music Classes in our schools to save money, and the ears
and minds of our youth are polluted with this trash that has infected
Western Music.
The Greeks regarded Music as a Sacred entity here on earth - literally
the nectar of the Gods themselves shared with mortals on earth. NASA
missions to the outer reaches of our solar system have recorded
naturally occurring tones at perfect intervals. 1 Thus we can verify
that MUSIC is indeed divine and immortal in nature.
Music is the noblest and most divine of the arts - yet the vile swine
know as 'artists' of today have relegated it to the level of having a
bowel movement (which actually sounds a lot better than most of the
popular songs of today) and chosen to find their poetic inspiration on
the bathroom walls of penitentiaries and subway stations.
These 'artists' do not deserve any 'fines' -
THEY DESERVE A BULLET!
Let us recall the words of the Prophets:
"So now, Children, listen to me;
instruction and WISDOM do not reject!
Happy the man who obeys me,
And happy those who keep my ways.
Happy the man watching daily at my gates,
Waiting at my doorsteps.
For he who finds me finds life,
