Released 2.2.4

Hi

New release 2.2.4 is now available. 

For some reason I could not get bundler (v. 1.3.5 on jruby 1.7.4, gem 2.0.3) install these for me. 

Instead I have to manually install like this: 

  gem install neo4j-core -v 2.2.4

  gem install neo4j-wrapper -v 2.2.4  

  gem install neo4j -v 2.2.4  

Does someone know why or have the same problem ?

This release contains a number of bugfixes done by the community - thanks a lot all of you !

I think there is a HA problem, it did work with 1.9 M3, but I think there has been some changes (config ?),
