How to set the timeout option for executing cypher queries in neo4j

When I try to run code for node(*). It gives error response 100. I am assuming, it is a timeout error. Correct me if I am wrong. 
If this indeed is a timeout error, how to get rid of this? how to increase the timeout limit?

This is an issue with the neo4jphp library that is being handled in https://github.com/jadell/neo4jphp/issues/67
