But downloaded the individual version of the database and tried to open up, but…

Does your user exist here? Note that user management events do not propagate across a cluster.

Password

Default username/password: neo4j/neo4j

 

Tried different U-names and Passwords, no success, do you have any suggestion, please

Can you share more detail Ronnie?

You use the desktop installer and started the database?

Then the first screen requires you to provide the default username and password (neo4j and neo4j) and in the next screen you're required to provide a new password.
