Can't able to import the CSV file to neo4j database

Hi All, 

I am following this article to import the csv file https://neo4j.com/developer/desktop-csv-import/ 

as per the instruction Enter bin/cypher-shell i am getting below error 

'bin' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

you have to open the terminal and then there is a bin directory where cypher-shell resides

if you're on windows it might be .\bin\cypher-shell
