The webpage api.neo4j.org contains links to the Javadocs for the
versions 1.7.2 and 1.6.3, both of which are dead.
It's especially important to have a working link to the latest stable
release.

And add to that the banner of this forum (the image part) which is linked to
which fails, due to the https.
