Heroku addon issues.

Hi guys,

Your Heroku addon services appears to be down we are unable to reach the following instances:

dc0ee7ca1.hosted.neo4j.org:7259 (our live site)
890386408.hosted.neo4j.org:7769
dafa515b8.hosted.neo4j.org:7618

This includes creating backups and or restarting the servers.

As far as we are aware they went down at around 04:48 this morning (the first error report we received).

Sorry for posting on here but you don't seem to have a support system or service status page?

We have found the service very unreliable experiencing regular request timeouts and refused connections.

Thanks guys this has already been resolved.

Perhaps I may suggest adding some status info to hosted.neo4j.org apparently support tickets need to be raised through herokus system.

Steve - the Heroku issue tracker is your best channel for Heroku support, it notifies our cloud team automatically on new tickets. I'm sure they will get back to you soon - but do note that it is still in beta, and does not have SLA details worked out yet. Our cloud people are working hard on improving the infrastructure, as well as setting up appropriate processes for guaranteeing uptime and issue response times for once the service is launched.
