I wouldn't mind helping, too, but I've never uploaded a package, and don't know much about it. If Nigel's offer no longer stands, I'm willing to give it a try.

Okay, how do you want me to help? I can't upload it myself, unless someone marks me as a maintainer on PyPI, or else gives me the password to the neo4j account.
