Message: Dear sir or madam, My name is Vassilis Papadinas and I live in Greece. I have graduated from Hellenic Open University (School of Science and Technology) in 2008. In 2005 I managed to discover a new graph-theoretic parameter. My research has been accepted by my university in the form of my dissertation in 2008 (in Greek language). For my work the Hellenic Open University issued a press release to the media of my country but general conditions did not allow me to go on. The main problem is that I do not know English. So the advice I got so far is only by Greek professors. Their view is to publish my work in a worldwide magazine. This time I found a volunteer who offered to translate my work in English so I can post it. My work has especially to do only with the study of the complete weighted graphs. I have found a new mathematical type which can calculate in small polynomial time the average of the lengths of the all Hamilton cycles to whom anyone selected particular edge participates for their creations. All these years I was alone in that research and have found a lot of theoretical mathematical expansions; of which a part I would like to present in the publication. My opinion is that the effects are unknown yet in other scientific fields. I know that complete weighted graphs now are not important to the real-world problems. I believe that the reason for this situation is that there are not for them powerful theoretical thinking tools. So the direction of my research is for that purpose. I am sending you this letter to ask if there is a possibility to help me find bibliography references especially for the involvement of complete weight graphs in other scientific fields such as drug design, neural networks, web networks, biological networks, information theory, computer vision, nonlinear dynamics, NP-complete problems etc. Yours faithfully, Vassilis Papadinas.
