Neo4J server is stuck close to 100% CPU

Krishna,

as the response in that SO question notes, you seem to have running queries stuck in the background. Neo4j 2.2. will give some improved mechanisms for stopping running queries, but for now I would suggest just restarting the server and then keeping an eye on what queries you run to find your culprit.

Thank you. We have fixed the slow queries.

I think it will be helpful if we can see long running queries/queries which take lot of CPU.
