STON: Translator of SBGN PD and AF maps into Neo4j

Hi all

I thought I would pass on a link to a framework at http://sourceforge.net/projects/ston/. 

This allows for the translation and importing of metabolic, signalling and gene regulatory pathways presented in SGBN (Systems Biology Graphical Notation), Process Description and Activity Flow languages to a graph-oriented format compatible with Neo4j.
