Call tuesday and wed night

Hi guys
Dar, rick and I got together last minute and cleaned up the space on sat morning in preparation for GCA's event on Wed night. We are going to have a table at the event where GCA is showing off all 10-15 of their portfolio companies. Dar is expecting 150 people so the exposure should be great. We are planning on just talking about the concept to the attendees to get the buzz started. We are going to have a one page sell sheet as a take away as well as a sign up sheet with email addresses to start a mailing list.
Couple of things..
If you can please attend the event. It starts at 6 and goes to 9. I could use some help with the table as qe should be in a high traffic area. Please let me know you availability...
We really need to have our call on Tuesday please try and hop on. I want to review the one pager and agree on the working name.
Lastly if you have equipment to drop off..please feel free to start donating. Suggestions might be old gaming systems, WORKING old computers and parts, saws, power tools etc.
Things are getting rolling and hope you guys will enjoy the fun..let me know if you have any questions..

Sounds great. I will only be able to be on the call for a couple
mins, but I should be free weds to help setup. Do you think if I show
up at GCA I will be able to find you guys without any directions?
