Please join us this Sunday, February 7TH, from 1-6pm as we recognize National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day at Mpower Albany, 77 Central Ave, Albany.

We will kick off our event with a social hour, from 1-2pm,  to introduce new people to the program, our staff, and for our community to mix and mingle.

At 2pm we will get going with our “What’s the Tea?” program. This program offers participants a fun and engaging way to address HIV/STI concerns, reducing the risk of contracting HIV/STIs, how HIV is transmitted, correct condom usage, and ways to “spill the tea” with your friends and partners about safer-sex.

After the conclusion of our “What’s the Tea?” program, attendees can look forward to playing Sex Trivia hosted by Tommy Ninja. Sex Trivia starts at 4pm, and players who attended our “What’s the Tea?” program will have a leg up on the competition. Winners will go home with amazing prizes, but no one goes home empty handed! We will be offering FREE & CONFIDENTIAL HIV Rapid Testing throughout the event!

We hope you will be able to join us this Sunday, and please feel free to share this information with your friends, co-workers, and on your social media!
