Extended Service Plans

Anybody have any experience purchasing extended service plans an/or warranties with an ambulance? We are in the process of purchasing a new ambulance chassis and experiencing difficulty in finding an extended warranty available for a Ford F450.  Our local dealer reports an extended warranty isn't available because of the intended use of the vehicle and it is considered a transportation vehicle.  Has anybody used a third-party extended service plan/warranty vendor?

We got one through a Ford dealer in Olathe Kansas.  I will try to get info on it ASAP.  I have retired so it may take a couple of days before I get back to the shop and locate the paper work.  Didn't have a whole lot of problems that required the warranty so I can't give you a yea or nay as to its worth.
