Vehicle monitoring and driver feedback systems

Has anyone recently written a RFP or RFQ for a vehicle monitoring and/or driver feedback system? If so, are you willing to share the specifications? Looking for vehicle output data from the ECM, but would also like the functionality of immediate driver feedback for seatbelt usage, over speed conditions, G force sensor, spotter switches for backing, etc.
