Folks we are in the process of developing an RFP for fleet maintenance services ( Preventative maintenance, repairs, etc.) Looking for best practices input and examples of RFPs developed by other organizations we might use in developing our bid process.

Feel free to reply offline.

Thanks,

Bruce

Subject: Fleet Management Software

I'm in the beginning stages of exploring the options available for fleet management software. We're currently using and have been for the past three years; FleetVIP Plus by Alembx Solutions. I have very few complaints about this software, but looking for something a bit for sophisticated. I'm interested in a software that would assist in making better data driven decisions, reduce maintenance and operating costs, customizable to our needs, equipment component tracking, and useful reports for proper analysis and pro active decision making. A few other features wold be real time status of the fleet and either be internet or server based. What is everybody using and what are your experiences with the software?
