PM Schedules

We are interested in re-evaluating our periodic maintenance schedule. We are suffering from a series of mechanical failures and mission failures that defy logic. We are starting from the ground up. Would you please share with me your current PM schedule? Thanks

In jefferson County NY we have 3 blown 6.0 engins. egr emsion collapse. Major AC compressor failure. Bacicaly a 6.0 wont last past 75K, after that you cant let them idle. There is to much heat that was never dezined to disapate without running down the road full blo pushing air. Three hoses on different trucks, all OEM. Loss of power, engine lights, just weird stuff.

We have been receiving Dodge 4500's and they are a dream. No problems there.
